Licensed in the Florida , Georgia
and Alabama courts and the Federal courts since 1975, Mr.
Hirsch's practice now focuses primarily on the areas of family
law.
The practice is unique in that it offers the No Harm Divorce
approach which combines, when possible, cooperative legal
efforts and alternative dispute resolutions with personal growth
and awareness programs. The practice also has some focus on the
highly technical "special needs" issues in divorces involving
such challenges effecting children or their divorcing parents.
In other areas, Mr. Hirsch also has many years of successfully
working with accident victims, criminal clients, injured
employees and social security claimants.
Mr. Hirsch dedicates himself to helping his clients protect
their rights, protect their children and making representation
affordable.
Mr. Hirsch graduated from the University of Georgia in 1971. He
attended Samford University's Cumberland School of Law during
the years 1971-1975 where he was on the Dean's List and won an
academic scholarship award in Environmental Law. He became
licensed in Georgia and Alabama in 1975 and in Florida in 2002.
Mr. Hirsch formed his own law firm in 1976 and practices
successfully today in South Florida, as a partner in the Law
Firm of Brawer, Hirsch and Associates, P.A..

Mr. Hirsch was honorably discharged from the US Military serving
in both the Army Judge Advocate General Corps and medical corps.
He served on the board of Temple Israel in Columbus, GA. and
charitable boards.
He
has served as a mayoral appointee on several board positions. He
has held membership in the Florida Bar Association, the Broward
County Bar Association, The Weston Bar Association, The Georgia
Bar Association, the Chattahoochee Valley Bar Association, the
Alabama Bar Association, the Russell County AL Bar Association,
and The Commercial Law League of America.
In the past he has represented such clients as AFLAC, The City
of Columbus ,GA., GMAC, State Farm Automobile Assurance Corp.,
The State of Ohio, Kentucky Higher Education Corp, Bali's,
Cesar's Palace, Hughston Orthopedic Clinic, Columbus Orthopedic
Clinic and varied other corporate entities. He has been engaged
in family and civil matters involving settlements in excess of a
million dollars. He was on the team of attorneys that
successfully defended the largest child sexual abuse case ever
filed in the State of Georgia .
Mr. Hirsch is the author of the "No Harm Divorce Course". A
course designed to protect the rights of children by raising the
conscious awareness of their divorced or divorcing parents as it
relates to the issues of future co-parenting and the parental
alienation syndrome.
